Brain Food/Ab Work: Look At Me I'm Sandra Dee

Here is my favorite scene from one of my favorite movies of all time "If A Man Answers". The quick & very witty banter between these two is written so well. I wish I were able to remake this. Sandra is just so charming & when he asks her to have pleasant thoughts, concentrate on something really beautiful, the most wonderful thing in the world... oh it's just to die for, so cute! I  that kitchen!*swoon* I wish my Haitian Mother had all of that French advice... fab!

Bobby Darin: And you... ah... say you can cook too?
Sandra Dee: Try me sometime
Bobby Darin: I'd love to
FIERCE!

TERRIBLE: My Front Door

You would think I was waiting for the Modern day version of the Milk Man... oh well at least I'm getting all my antioxidants... take that Dr. Oz!

Brain Food/Ab Work: Sizzlin'

I've been yipping & yapping away on this thing for 10 days & just realized there are a bunch of you who haven't even seen the sizzle reel for my show... DUH! I did add a link to my you tube channel I hoped people would just click on that, but that's not fair.

So since I was foolish to think that, for April Fools will be a double feature of my Sizzle Reel for Single Serving & the promo for this blog & my website directed by the incomparable Mike Kallio, who happens to be a FANTASIC Horror film maker.. HA! I'm going to hell for surrounding him in so much dayum pink! I am REALLY enjoying my time here blogging & I can't thank you all enough for all the support & thank you Mikey for helping me make my dream come true ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

Please watch in High Quality (HQ)

How I Roll: My First Blog!!!!

WOW... to think of all those hours I wasted on Facebook & MySpace posting up what I had for dinner when I could have had a rocking Blog by now. You live & you learn. Well I'm 33 years old & last year while on a 3 week pilgrimage to Vegas (will explain this in another blog) I discovered that I wanted to do Next Food Network Star.

When I came back home & told a friend, he said he's a Director he has access to equipment we should just shoot a pilot ourselves.... CRAZY TALK! So now it's been 7 months of blood, sweet, tears, TWO Director's, long distance animation, 3 line Producers, Adult acne, fluctuating 10 lbs that comes & goes & an INSANE amount of delicious food & cocktails.. I have my entire life in a bag... a Tiffany bag (but a bag nonetheless) FULL of my demos to shop.

SO far I got an incredible response from people who have seen it & I feel blessed... but the peanut gallery of Producers & Industry Insiders who have all these problems with it but no solutions has me wanting to bang my head against the wall... but like my extremely SEXY & brilliant President says "Making your mark on the world is hard. If it were easy, everybody would do it. But it's not.

It takes patience, it takes commitment, and it comes with plenty of failure along the way. The real test is not whether you avoid this failure, because you won't. it's whether you let it harden or shame you into inaction, or whether you learn from it; whether you choose to persevere". So now armed with a blog I motor to make my dream a reality!
